I read a predictions document that I found in a pile of papers I received a few years ago. It’s always a treasure hunt when cleaning out space. This was interesting because it was written in December of 2020.
The topics the author, Adrian Duncan, predicted through astrology were relevant to the hot topics of the day. Adrian explained the path of climate, Russia, China, American Politics, and the Economy while including one section about the earth and its composition in an astrological sense.
Being in the time of COVID, it was interesting to see the influence of the common sentiment that went into his reports. The economy was predicted to be as the economy was looking to turn out. Work from home, driverless cars, and artificial meat. In June of 2025, all of those ideas seem to have been walked away from. They are efforts that rose, and are now falling as people aren’t finding the benefits greater than the losses taken with those efforts.
This may be a result of Duncan’s missed prediction about Donald Trump. Duncan predicted at the end of 2020 that Donald Trump would not run for president. The stars did not align for that to take place. He was correct in Kamala Harris being appointed as a candidate for presidency, but the descriptions that were given about her leadership and a horoscope that showed a great potential for leadership.
The predictions show a bias leaning toward a positivity toward the persuasions of “the left.” This got me wanting to see more astrological reads that came from other points of view. I wonder how much bias goes into astrology related work. There’s a common belief that much of it is made up to appease people.
As a business, this makes sense. I assume that most people who read their horoscopes and follow astrology are not “right wing.” I think there’s an open-mindedness that is more inviting to creative types that are not known for being part of the “conservative” ranks.
To consider Astrology as a science though, a logical and “facts” based approach would be inviting. There may be conflicting elements with the folks who have strong Christian values, but those aren’t the only people in the camp of “the right.” I wonder, what predictions that contradict each other in the world of Astrology exist, and what are the platforms for predicting “correctly.”
