Snowflake
I've used Snowflake and other tools that do the things that Snowflake does.

When you work for a company that provides the tools to do your job, there are limitations to exposure to other tools. As an employee, there is a priority to remain competent with what you work for. As an individual with an interest, there is a priority to nurture your growth by exploring alternative approaches to the tasks your career will present.
Snowflake is a tool not dissimilar to other tools that exist. In the organizations that I've worked for, the same tasks have been required to be accomplished with different tools in each - none of those sets have included Snowflake and the tasks have been completed. Recently, I've taken the opportunity to work with Snowflake through a trial on my own. It's a nice little platform!
I'm surprised that the companies I've worked with chose other platforms over Snowflake considering the pricing model and the availability of tools in Snowflake compared to other tools like Boomi, Data Virtuality, and Mulesoft. Granted, these tools don't rely on the data warehouse aspect and part of the issue was likely related to the hesitancy to move on-premise data storage to cloud storage. Over time, these organizations have been slowly forced to give up on-premise control anyway because of cost to integrate applications and loss of employees who were capable of managing on-premise storage.
